We often chase digital metrics and material goals, mistaking them for real success. This morning, as I watched my follower count hit 7,000, I found myself reflecting on what’s genuinely real in life versus what’s simply nice to have.
The Illusion of Digital Success
we’re conditioned to chase certain markers of success:
- Six-figure follower counts
- The temporary high in social media engagement
- Bank accounts with multiple zeros
- Vast material possessions
