Great thoughts. Thanks for sharing this . I spoke to a founder recently telling I'm looking at a place where I would be comfortable working 5-10 years. He told me that's too optimistic since technology and everything changes rapidly. Also I don't see how anything short term is going to make an impact in one's work in any company. For now, I'm hoping to get into a company and stay long enough to create impact and make wealth for myself.
