If you want to help yourself and others in this pandemic. Here are few things you could do.

1) Wear your mask(if you have to go out).

2) Stay home as much as possible.

3) Take your vaccine(if you are able to find a slot).

4) Eat healthy, exercise at home. If you don’t have a disability or medical restrictions, you should do it, at least a little.

5) Stop criticizing people whoever is posting any fun stuff or promoting themselves or their business. Stop rubbing your anxiety, if they are staying safe and doing their thing, let them do it.

6) If you know anyone getting into mild depression and they tell you that. Do not judge, justify their situation or try to tell them that they are way better than people suffering outside. Don’t minimise their feelings and make them guilty. Hear them out. That’s all it takes to help them.

If you yourself are in this, find friends or family who will listen to you. If not, talk to a therapist online. It’s normal.

7) If you can help someone in any way do it. You can donate money, hear people who are depressed/ if someone is self-isolated any need help/ if you got covid and can donate your plasma. Whatever it is. Of course, the best help you can do to everyone is to wear your mask.

8 ) If you experienced the loss of a person in your family or friend. I feel sad for you and I know they can’t be replaced. Take your time. Know that you are not alone and a ton of people are ready to support you.

If it’s not the case but you are still anxious, Do your work. Yes, your daily office work. Money is not everything but it keeps the economic cycle going.

9) Find something outside work you can pour yourself with. There is no reason not to. It will calm your nerves down. It will bring you to a sane mind.

10) Be nice to yourself. Make yourself a priority to take care of yourself.

11) If it’s your birthday don’t call anyone. If it’s your marriage, call as few people as possible. I would say, do a registered marriage(I am not sorry to you if I offended you with this).

12) Be kind & honest to yourself and others. Anything else is just stressful.

13) Watch less or no news as much as possible.

14) Things will get better. Think about the place you wanted to go or food you wanted to it without fear. How does it feel imagining it? It will happen sooner or later. Have hope.

If I missed anything, feel free to add it to the list.
